Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role

A Glass Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will support our Quantity Surveyor in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

1. Measuring and quantifying construction works on site
2. Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates
3. Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor quotations
4. Monitoring materials with quality control and workmanship
5. Assisting with progress claims and variation orders
6. Prepare subcontractor progress payment.
7. Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and building regulations
8. Providing regular reports to the procurement department

What we're looking for
