Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Develop and maintain Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
• Compile and present daily site and progress reports
• Ensure effective document control and management
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and SketchUp for project tasks
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely reporting
• Perform contractor bill checking and verification
• Manage work/material reconciliation
• Create and track Demand Requisitions in ERP
