Job Description

KYC and Account Maintenance

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process prior to drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews.
• Handle client account opening matters, including providing the account opening document checklist, assisting clients with completing account opening forms, collecting required information, and submitting subsequent account opening and e-banking applications.
• Assist in maintaining client accounts, including deposit inflows/outflows, fixed deposits, and various transactions and pricing matters.

Credit Analysis and Review

• Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk.

Client Service and Liaison

• Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed.
