Assistant Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive cash and deposit base and push utilization for Portfolio Clients mainly in Transaction Banking
• Provide fundamental and effective support to Relationship Managers (RMs) covering all phases of client relationship building and account management.
• Ensure timely execution of clients' transactions and liaison with various internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries.
• Assist RMs in daily maintenance of accounts and operational matters relating to clients' deposit accounts, loans and/or trade facilities. This includes following up on clients' instructions and to facilitate loan disbursement and rollover matters.
• Perform KYC (customer due diligence) for new-to-bank client onboardings and/or annual periodic reviews in adherence to compliance regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in projects, lead and conduct client calls independently on Bank's documentary requirements.
