Assistant Research Manager

Job Description :

• Participate in research activities
• Lead the development of sustainable supply chains
• Develop manuals for the sustainable production of coffee
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Liaise with all team members and the regional heads of agronomical research and sustainability
• Review short term work plans for all team members in view of the agreed objectives for the team
• Act as a mentor to motivate the entire team to deliver the greatest possible value
• Prepare & implement annual budget for the agronomy function
• Liaising with third party stakeholders

• At least 4 years of experience in relevant position
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
• Strong knowledge in Coffee Agronomy
• Experience in developing sustainable supply chains and liaising with relevant funding and certification agencies.
