Assistant Reservation Manager (Holiday inn Express Gurugram Sector 50,an IHG Hotel)

**Your Day to Day**

As a **Cluster Assistant Reservations Manager** , you will support the Reservations and Revenue team in managing room inventory, booking channels, and reservation processes across multiple Holiday Inn Express hotels within the SAMHI portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

+ Assist in managing reservations operations across the cluster hotels.
+ Ensure all bookings are processed accurately in the PMS and reservation systems.
+ Monitor reservation channels including **IHG CRS, OTA, GDS, and direct bookings** .
+ Support revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
+ Handle guest reservation inquiries, modifications, and special requests.
+ Maintain accurate room inventory, rate codes, and booking details.
+ Generate reservation reports and assist with forecasting.
+ Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams.
+ Support training and supervision of reservation team members.
