This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service are provided to the guests.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall outlet operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
