We are now recruiting an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join COYA Ibiza for the Summer 2026 season.



Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brand

Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team

Familiar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and events

Attention to detail with good customer service

Ability to work under pressure and have excellent time management

Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English

Be part of an iconic summer destination in Ibiza
