S&R Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting with daily operations, which includes overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness. Key duties also include supporting the Restaurant Manager by helping achieve sales targets, implementing store programs, and assisting with hiring and training new employees.
