Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and high-quality food and beverage standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Support cash handling, sales reporting, and basic financial controls
