Job Responsibilities: Co-manage restaurant operations with Restaurant Manager Handle operations duties in FOH (Hospitality) and BOH (Kitchen) Coach and Mentor the team Manpower and Payroll Analysis Staff Training Forecasting & Marketing Plan Staffing/Planning work schedule Inventory Planning Job Requirements
Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice. Priority for relevant work experiences in similar capacity under quick service restaurant/environment. Ability to adapt to new environment. Organizational and leadership skills to run a smooth operation. A Customer Maniac and a team player.
