The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales targets by recommending promotional activities for Packaged Programs that align with the store’s sales strategy. The ARM also assists in the effective implementation of store programs to ensure operational excellence.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management , Administration , or any Business-related course
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant
• Demonstrates strong customer management orientation , with the ability to make sound decisions and take action to ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven people management skills in coaching, developing, and supervising a team
