• Lead and motivate team to achieve or exceed target/KPI
• Collaborate with internal department to implement and execute strategies
• Inventory management for store such as stock replenishment
• Improve work procedures and operations
• Manage and oversee daily store operations related matters
• Manage and oversee manpower related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties
