assistant retail manager/supervisor

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $3,800 per month
• Additional allowances provided

Working Arrangement:

• 5-day work week
• Working hours from 10:30am onwards (with break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock returns
• Ensure smooth store operations and accurate documentation
• Manage stock take activities and conduct random stock counts
• Handle store opening and closing procedures
• Perform daily sales reconciliation and banking
• Plan manpower requirements and supervise staff deployment
• Participate in budgeting, store planning, and operational improvements
