Job Title: Assistant Roaster

Job Summary

The Assistant Roaster supports daily coffee production, quality control, product development, and production-related events. This role works closely with the Roaster / Head Roaster to ensure consistent roast quality while assisting in cupping sessions, R&D projects, and coffee-related events.

Key Responsibilities

Roasting & Production Support

• Assist in operating coffee roasting machines and preparing green beans for roasting
• Support roast profile execution and monitor roast data under supervision
• Assist with production scheduling and batch preparation

Quality Control & Cupping

• Assist in internal and external cupping sessions
• Prepare cupping tables, samples, and documentation
• Record cupping notes and help track quality consistency

R&D & Product Development
