Job Description
· Run day-to-day operations of outlet's social media (i.e. share 75% of Proton FB post, create followers and share delivery photos. Respond to enquiries from all social media platforms e.g. FB, IG, Google My Business
· Constantly perform quality check and monitor digital and social media to ensure they are up-to-date and error free.
· Achieves sales and marketing objectives by planning, conducting & reviewing Marketing campaigns and initiatives within budgets agreeable to the Principal (PESB) & Management (EON Proton) – Roadshow, advertising etc.
· Monitor & implement activities which will boost CSI and SSI score, based on Proton OCE requirement.
· Manage and assist customer complaints in accordance with the stipulated time frame and analyze the data for monthly reporting.
· Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty for all Proton outlets.
