Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a growing technology-focused organization in Abu Dhabi.

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Experience in IT Solutions Digital Transformation ERP AI or Document Management sales
• Strong track record in business development and achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated proactive and capable of working independently
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Candidates based in Abu Dhabi will be preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience

• A target-oriented sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify opportunities generate leads and close deals
• Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities
