Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in executing regional sales strategies and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in Faisalabad and surrounding areas.
Ensure effective order booking, follow-up on dispatches, and timely recovery of outstanding payments.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Support dealer onboarding, performance monitoring, and sales incentive programs.
Coordinate with supply chain, dispatch, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market feedback for management.
Ensure brand visibility through proper merchandising, signage, and promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support trade promotions, exhibitions, and dealer meetings as assigned.
