Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to expand market presence, drive product sales, and develop new customer accounts. This role is field-oriented, requiring strong initiative, relationship-building skills, and a passion for agriculture. The position offers a growth path toward becoming a future Sales Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
o Acquire new customers (farmers, dealers, cooperatives) in the assigned territory.
o Support sales targets through proactive product promotion and relationship management.
o Track and report customer performance, sales movement, and opportunities.
Market Development:
o Identify high-potential areas and expand product penetration.
o Collaborate with marketing & technical teams to execute localized campaigns and field demos.
