    - Manage and maintain relationships with mainly Japanese clients (approx. 80% clients are Japanese)
    - Handle end-to-end sales processes: proposal, negotiation, and closing
    - Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery and quality expectations
    - Monitor market trends and provide reports to management
    - Communicate effectively in English with clients and internal departments
    - Visit clients regularly (once a month) to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
    - Manage sales team (4 Thai staff)
    - Other tasks assigned by manager
