Role Summary

The Automotive Assistant Sales Manager is a highly driven role assisting the Sales Manager with day‑to‑day store operations. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, handling customer complaints, recruiting sales staff, delegating tasks to staff in the absence of the Sales Manager, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines to deliver excellent customer service.
