Assistant Sales Training Manager

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or any related course
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Proven experience in training facilitation, coaching, and knowledge transfer
• Strong understanding of end-to-end telecommunications operations, preferably PLDT Fiber (sales, installation, activation, after-sales) Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills for market profiling, segmentation, and performance assessment Highly adaptable and capable of customizing training based on area performance, market segment, promos, and plans
• Willing to travel, deploy, and stay in various sales areas covered by Fiberhome Phils., Inc.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience in training tools and reporting is an advantage
