Description
- Provide administrative support to executives and teams, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including reports and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- Must be a college graduate (Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field preferred).
- Must have relevant experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role for at least 1 year
- Must be knowledgeable in SAP software, especially modules related to administration or purchasing.
- Must be knowledgeable in purchasing processes and documentation.
