Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field;
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in security operations, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry;
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in security, with exposure to hotel operations;
- Knowledgeable in hotel security systems, safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and incident investigation;
- Demonstrates strong leadership and people-management skills in supervising and coordinating security personnel;
- Exhibits excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion in dealing with guests, VIPs, and sensitive situations;
