ABOUT THE ROLE:

• You will be responsible to ensure the customer is wearing a valid and correct wristband, assist in wristband banding and scanning at the entrance scanner; ensure no outside food, drinks, surfing/body boards to be brought into the park.
• You will be responsible to assist in scanning and removing wristband at Exit turnstile to prevent re-entering or recycling of wristband.
• You are also expected to delight customers by ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicate in a polite manner and exercising graceful guest relation skills.
• You will need to attend to customer needs, handle guest related issues including Lost & Found items, feedback and complaints, as well as have a good product knowledge to explain on activities and promotions in the park.
