Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support technicians:

5. Inventory management:

6. Monitor and manage inventory levels of Cars

7. Customer service:

8. Communicate with customers on repair status and estimates

9. Address customer concerns and issues

10. Ensure timely completion of repairs

11. Shop operations:

12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies

14. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., parts, sales)

15. Administrative tasks:

16. Assist with scheduling and dispatching

17. Prepare reports and documentation as needed
