Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027. It will be an opulent beachside destination with 1,530 rooms, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and a five-star spa. The resort is currently under construction on a picturesque island less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Shift Manager – Front Services (Bell & Valet) to join the resort’s hotel Front Services team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bellmen, doormen, and valet staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure timely and professional handling of guest luggage, transportation, and valet services.
• Monitor guest arrivals and departures, coordinating with the front desk and concierge teams.
