Assistant Shipping Manager

Job Description :

• Promptly updates new legal requirements, policies, regulations on import and export goods to and from overseas.
• Ensure all documentation are prepared and correspond to invoices, or other records.
• Review all documents and records details on imported/exported cargo and revise accordingly before it is allowed to be moved from ports of entry/exits which are compiled by shipping clerks.
• Maintain records of receipts and dispatches
• Update and reviews all Sales contracts and Buyer POs in order to arrange required documents for shipments; to review L/C and payments status of orders before the shipments are effected.
• Coordinate with concern Departments in the company to smoothly handle in-bound and/or out-bound shipments.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to PPC Manager, I/E Assistant Manager under their guidelines and requests.
