Assistant Manager – Charity Shop

Shaw Trust is looking for an Assistant Manager to open and manage the shop in alignment with company policies, maximizing sales and profits whilst increasing the profile of Shaw Trust. The role supports the Shop Manager and will also require working in other charity shops within Dorset.

• Open and manage the shop in line with company policies.
• Maximise sales and profits while increasing the brand profile.
• Maintain high standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Work flexibly Monday to Sunday.
• Assist in running other charity shops in Dorset as required.
