Assistant - Shore Excursions

As Assistant - Shore Excursions, you will support the operation of excursions for cruise guests.

This position is initially offered as a one-year contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role as Shore Excursions Manager.

As an Assistant - Shore Excursions, you will be:

• Assisting a team of Shorex-managers at our offices in the planning and execution of excursions for our clients in the cruise industry.
• Assisting in the management of capacities, timings, costs, conditions, and procedures, in practice.
• Communicating with suppliers and confirming bookings and details of the agreed products and services.
• Performing administrative tasks, including preparation and follow-up related to cruise ship arrivals.
• Occasionally traveling to other ports within Norway for site-inspections and to meet with partners, suppliers and clients.
