Assistant Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishments
Location: Leeds
Contract: Freelance / Temporary
Start: Immediate / ASAP
Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of social housing refurbishment projects across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will help oversee day-to-day site activities on both occupied and void properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
*
Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
*
Assisting with programme management and progress tracking
*
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
*
Liaising with residents, housing officers, and clients as required
