• Support the restaurant team in delivering elevated, personalised wine service
• Present and recommend wines with confidence, accuracy and a guest-focused approach
• Assist with wine pairings for tasting menus and special dining experiences
• Manage wine preparation, bottle service, decanting and correct glassware usage
• Maintain cellar organisation, stock rotation and inventory standards
