Assistant Store Head

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive customer growth and profitability.
• Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service
• Oversee store administration and compliance with policies.
• Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze buying trends and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address staff and customer issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager or Restaurant Manager from any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field..
