Assistant Store Manager

Wells Gray Outfitters – Clearwater, BC Wage: $23 per hour

Overview Wells Gray Outfitters is Clearwater’s locally owned sporting goods and outdoor store. We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, customer-focused, and community-minded individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

This is a full-time, year-round position (approximately 35–40 hours per week). In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. You will work both independently and as part of a team, helping ensure smooth store operations and a positive experience for every customer.

Successful applicants will also be trained to perform basic bicycle maintenance, skate sharpening, and a variety of other equipment services.
