As an assistant manager, you will be tasked with driving sales and service through your team in Heathrow Airport. Their service standards are likened to some of the biggest luxury retailers which is what cements them as an industry leader.

Ideally, you will be someone who has an extensive retail management background with a strong emphasis on leading by example and delivering excellent customer service. The working environment is fast paced so this role will suit someone who enjoys that environment.
