Assistant Store Manager in Cannabis Retail

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will work closely with the Store Manager and team to ensure successful retail operations. This role requires expertise in managing sales associates, overseeing store compliance, and optimizing customer service. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cannabis products and local regulations, along with a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and support team members daily
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and store policies
• Assist in sales tracking and performance monitoring
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of retail management experience
• CannSell license from AGCO or ability to obtain
• Clean criminal background check
