About The Role As an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager you will provide oversight of store operations and/or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will teach, coach, and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes focused on consistent execution and efficiency. You will be accountable for the overall results and success of all key performance measures with a primary goal of driving sales and profitability.
