DeMellier is opening its first-ever physical store on Sloane Square in September 2026, marking a major milestone for the brand. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to play a key role in this flagship launch and help shape the future of our in-store experience from day one.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the seamless alignment of commercial performance, client experience, and operational excellence, bringing structure, organisation, and consistency to the day-to-day running of the store.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will act as a trusted second-in-command, confidently deputising in their absence and leading the team across commercial, operational, and cultural priorities with autonomy and professionalism. As a keyholder, you will take ownership of independently opening and closing the store while ensuring the highest standards are always maintained.
