Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibility
- Work together with the Store Manager to handle overall retail / outlet activities.
- Ensure outlet budget, sales, shrinkage and audit target set by the Company is achieved.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
- Monitor and manage the performance of outlet staff in terms of operational activities; selling floor, housekeeping & merchandise display.
- Ensure outlet compliance with the health and safety policy.
- Ensure stock levels of SKU in outlet's are always healthy and tally between on hand balance and system balance.
- Handle all customer queries and complaints as well as manpower management.
- Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and build a career path for the staff.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
