Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is accountable for leading key aspects of their store’s business. They attract, lead, and develop Team Members, driving key results by ensuring a consistent in-store experience aligned with our commitment to excellent service and spreading global wellness. This role balances operational mindset, strong business acumen, and a people-centric approach to increase productivity and profitability. The ASM partners with the SM to create strategies for growth, focusing on People, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Community outreach. Through daily functions, the ASM contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture by engaging in behaviors that align with our values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging.
