Job Description

The Opportunity
An assistant store manager will be responsible for assisting the team, with the ability to assume the store management responsibilities in the Store Manager`s absence. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Head Office stakeholders and internal teams

Effectively prioritise daily tasks to support the smooth running of the business

Demonstrate flexibility and an agile approach to work, adapting focus to meet business needs

Support the management of stock levels and assist with accurate inventory checks

Work closely with the ARM, RRM and Store Teams to help ensure appropriate stock levels, particularly for key selling lines and promot...
