Assistant Store Manager

1. Work on weekends and public holidays

2. Perform cleaning tasks

3. Stand for long hours

4. Lift heavy goods (15–20KG)

5. Work operating hours starting from 6am to 2am, including early mornings

(Shift work, 8–10 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage labour, food costs, and wastage through P&L analysis

2. Ensure product availability, handle customer complaints, and oversee deliveries

3. Recruit, train, and orient staff; conduct shift briefings

4. Manage inventory, security, and cash handling
