Assistant Store Manager - Tawa

About the Role:

35 Hours per week. Sunday to Thursday: 9:45am - 5:15pm

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.
• Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily.
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.
• Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.
• Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
