**Role Specific Information****Job Description******About the Role****As an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager you will provide oversight of store operations and/ or merchandising, delivering excellent customer service. You will teach, coach, and develop associates to execute operational, service and merchandising processes focused on consistent execution and efficiency.
