JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist sales in the selling area especially during volume periods
• Handles inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback
• Facilitate Return and Exchange transaction
• Daily Attendance Monitoring of staff
• Guide newly hired on the Employee Training Checklist
• Ensure correct procedure in Cash Sales deposit
• Accomplish timely cash sales deposit
• Carry out Cash Endorsement after the end of the day
• Perform Cash End Up
• Organize and file Charge Slips, settlement
• Stock Ordering
• Maintain store logbooks for checking and correct implementation
• Perform unloading/loading control form for every delivery
• Report any delivery discrepancy observed
• Report any encoding discrepancy committed by the encoder and from other stores
• Oversee and control all-day-to-day operations
