Assistant Store Supervisor

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Support the Senior Store Executive in driving operational excellence and efficiency across all store operations.
+ Lead and guide senior store personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant kitting, issuing, and receiving activities.
+ Act as a key operational contact by proactively responding to internal and external customer requirements.
+ Execute and oversee daily stockroom operations in accordance with approved work instructions, procedures, and Emerson Management Quality standards.
+ Uphold and enforce 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
