Assistant Store Supervisor

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support the Senior Store Executive in driving operational excellence and efficiency across all store operations.

Lead and guide senior store personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant kitting, issuing, and receiving activities.

Act as a key operational contact by proactively responding to internal and external customer requirements.

Execute and oversee daily stockroom operations in accordance with approved work instructions, procedures, and Emerson Management Quality standards.

Uphold and enforce 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
