Assistant Store Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Store Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Store Supervisor in achieving business targets and ensuring seamless daily operations. You will act as the Store In-charge in the absence of the Store Supervisor and play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Supervisor in achieving business targets through effective daily operations.
• Act as Store In-charge when the Store Supervisor is unavailable.
• Achieve 100% of store sales plans through proper planning and communication with key support groups.
• Implement sales-building strategies and provide feedback to the team on sales performance.
