Assistant Store Supervisor

• Assist Store Supervisor in ensuring achievement of business targets in the store level through seamless daily operations. Acts as Store-In-Charge in the absence of Store Supervisor.
• 100% achievement of store sales plan through timely and proper planning and communication with key support groups and consistent implementation on sales building and sales growth.
• Provides feedback/ update to team on its sales performance and generate recommendations and interventions on how to effectively selling strategies.
• Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set customer service standards while attending the customer's inquiries and needs.
• Timely and consistent compliance to reports documentation as instructed by superiors.

Must be willing to be assigned at Fun Nation Amusement Center LCC Legazpi City, Albay Branch (soon-to-open).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php497.00 per day
