Assistant Superintendent

Role Overview Hotel Rehabs, LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent based in Mexico to support hotel renovation projects across the United States.

This role works exclusively on U.S.

projects and does not support work in Mexico.

The Assistant Superintendent will work on-site to help manage daily operations, ensure quality execution, and support schedule, safety, and subcontractor coordination.

This position requires a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree and either an active TN visa or the ability to obtain a TN visa prior to starting employment.
